Please contact us via e-mail for the reason of your return before sending in the mail. We do not offer free size exchanges as our products are custom printed for your order.
You may return unused product(s) purchased from Hunter Coastal Supply for a full refund within (30) days of the purchase date with the original packing receipt, via mail.
Return(s) must be in their original condition with barcode stickers still attached. Customer will receive a refund to the same form of payment used at the time of purchase and you can than place a new order.
Mailing Your Return:
At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.
Here’s how to submit your return via mail:
- Securely pack merchandise (in their unused condition) with your receipt in the original box/bag, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
